1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. International shipping is under development and will be announced soon.

3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: FREE shipping
- Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping charge
- Cash on Delivery: Additional ₹29 COD handling fee

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.

All products are packed in eco-friendly, tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile items receive additional protective wrapping.
