    3. AI Data Processing

    When you use our AI features (consultation, health profile, blog recommendations), your inputs are processed by AI models to generate responses. We do not store AI conversation logs beyond the active session unless you explicitly save them. Health profile data may be retained to improve recommendations.

    We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with payment processors, shipping partners, and AI service providers strictly for service delivery.

    We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

    6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

    Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: (a) access a summary of the personal data we process about you, (b) request correction or completion of inaccurate data, (c) request erasure of your data (subject to legal-retention requirements), (d) nominate someone to exercise these rights in case of incapacity, and (e) withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, submit a request from your account dashboard ("My Data Requests") or email the Grievance Officer below. We respond within 30 days.
