How the Consultation Fee Works
1. Pay the doctor's fee
You pay the listed consult fee (₹300–₹1,500). The doctor reviews your case via WhatsApp or video and shares a personalised prescription.
2. Buy the prescribed course → consult becomes FREE
On your prescription order you already get the standard Buy 1 Get 1 Free advantage. On top of that, the full fee you paid is adjusted into the same order as extra credit. Example: Buy prescribed 3-month course → get BOGO value plus fee adjusted. Net: a real doctor consult at zero cost when you complete the prescribed course within 30 days.
3. No purchase? Still fair.
